your Cholesterol Are you trying to lower your cholesterol naturally and not
getting results? Then you are not
doing it right. There are
three essential things you must do to lower your cholesterol naturally.
Hereditary factors only play a small factor to the problem despite what
drug commercials tell you. How long it takes depends on the shape you are
starting at and how motivated you are about lowering your cholesterol.
The #1 thing you have to do is to start a cardiovascular program.
You need to work your way up to doing a cardio program for 30-60 minutes
in an intensity level of moderate to heavy.
The best way to monitor your heart is to buy a Polar Heart Rate Monitor
at your local store for around $40. We
have a whole program set up to help you achieve this goal.

The #2 thing you have to do is remove any interference to any of the 6
systems of your body by getting your spine adjusted.
The #3 thing you have to do is balance your body chemistry.
This is done by getting a blood test and having a nutritionist evaluate
it or take a written test available at our office.
Then start balancing you chemistry through supplements and eating
correctly.
The #4 thing is to supplement with Biomega-3
(source of EPA and DHA/tested safe for mercury).
