December is a month for discipline. Stay committed to your health during the Holidays. Do the fundamentals of health:
Get your spine checked for subluxations.
Interferece to your nervous system leads to dis-ease and ill health. This is caused by misaligments of your spine interfering with the nerves entering and exiting your spinal canal.
Exercise and Stretch.
Do cardio exercises to help with stress and keep oxygen to your cells and tissues. Stretch to keep good range of motion to your joints and prevent fibrosis.
Maintain good nutrition.
